Artistic Milliners, a leading name in the textile industry, partnered with Orient Water Technologies to address its industrial wastewater management needs at Unit-05. The objective was to treat high-volume textile effluent and enable water reuse to reduce freshwater dependency.
Orient Water Technologies implemented a Return Activated Sludge System, designed to treat and recycle up to 90% of the plant’s wastewater. This solution ensured efficient organic load removal while maintaining operational sustainability and regulatory compliance.
The ETP was completed and commissioned in 2016 and remains fully operational. It supports Artistic Milliners’ commitment to environmental responsibility by significantly lowering freshwater usage and minimizing discharge impact.
